Whether in the workplace, at home, or in community settings, conflicts are a natural part of human interaction. This workshop will provide you with practical tools and strategies to navigate conflicts with confidence and foster healthier relationships. First of all a healthier relationship between you and whatever conflict challenges you the most. This can be a current conflict, one from the past, or one you anticipate to experience in upcoming projects or entering the workforce.
Objectives:
- Understand the nature of conflict and its underlying causes.
- Identify your personal conflict resolution style and its impact on interactions.
- Learn effective communication techniques to facilitate open dialogue.
- Develop skills to de-escalate tensions and find common ground.
- Know when it is time to seek help in conflicts
This workshop will help you to pick the best strategy and also understand that navigating conflicts can mean changing your style an approach.

The more interconnected our world gets, the more we also have to deal with complexity. This can sometimes feel overwhelming, and you find yourself unsure, what next best step to take.
This training provides you with the basics of systems thinking as a sense-making tool and approaches of design thinking to device solutions. So you can act decisively for society, for organisations and the natural environment.
This training includes:
- Introduction to systems thinking (scientific background)
- How to inquire into a complicated and complex system (explorations)
- Introduction to design thinking (tools)
- Examples of systems and design thinking: circular economy, permaculture and organisations (testing your skills)
- Don’t overcomplicate (knowing what rules your system)

Your facilitator
Manuel Löffler is a team development and leadership consultant. He works with individuals and groups to make sure they don’t waste time, resources or people’s potential.
Born in Germany, he studied and worked abroad and worked from small businesses, NGOs, universities to big corporates.
He has a background in environmental sciences, circular economy, application counselling, human resources and organizational development.
He makes every training fun and moves it into the learning zone, with a mix of kindness and straightforwardness.
