You cannot not have stress, but you can make it your ally.
Although stress is created in our brains, it is a visceral and especially physical and emotional experience. Sometimes stress takes over and you feel like you are not in control anymore. That’s why embodiment or using the body to become more resilient is the answer to managing your stress better – and get back into the driver’s seat.
In this training, you will …
- learn what stress is
- understand what stresses you the most and how you currently deal with it
- acquire body-based techniques to center and calm yourself down
- build more stress regulation capacity and strengthen your resource base
- aim for building resilience
This is not only selfcare, but also a crucial work skill to manage challenging projects, people conflicts or uncertainties in general.

Your facilitator
Manuel Löffler is a team development and leadership consultant. He works with individuals and groups to make sure they don’t waste time, resources or people’s potential.
Born in Germany, he studied and worked abroad and worked from small businesses, NGOs, universities to big corporates.
He has a background in environmental sciences, circular economy, application counselling, human resources and organizational development.
He makes every training fun and moves it into the learning zone, with a mix of kindness and straightforwardness.
