We need more leaders.
People, who are willing to take up power and responsibility for good. That means: in our communities, in governments, in businesses, in organisations and … family homes.
At the core of this kind of leadership is how you lead yourself. Using an embodiment approach, this training allows you to explore your „way of being“ and enact the version of you, that you aspire to grow into.
Embodiment goes beyond nonverbal communication of your body, but how you show up and appear to others. Think about how charismatic leaders „shine“ and make others feel. How they are able to inspire others to take action. And in doing so remain authentic.
In this training you will:
- Diversify your understanding of leadership (and embrace your own style)
- Explore your values, attitudes and embodied self
- Experiment with embodying, what matters most to you
- Gain a repertoire of embodiment tools for self-regulation
- Learn how to make better decisions
- Set yourself a leadership challenge

Your facilitator
Manuel Löffler is a team development and leadership consultant. He works with individuals and groups to make sure they don’t waste time, resources or people’s potential.
Born in Germany, he studied and worked abroad and worked from small businesses, NGOs, universities to big corporates.
He has a background in environmental sciences, circular economy, application counselling, human resources and organizational development.
He makes every training fun and moves it into the learning zone, with a mix of kindness and straightforwardness.
